What Are Proposals?
Proposals are ideas submitted by community members for:
- New initiatives and projects
- Community improvements
- Policy suggestions
- Event ideas
- Any constructive suggestions
Submitting a Proposal
- Navigate to /proposals
- Click "Submit Proposal"
- Write a clear title and detailed description
- Explain the benefits of your idea
- Submit for admin review
Proposal Review Process
After submission, your proposal goes through:
- Pending - Awaiting admin review
- Approved - Made visible for community voting
- Community Voting - Members upvote or downvote
- Implementation - Popular proposals may be implemented
Voting on Proposals
Support or oppose proposals from others:
- Upvote - Show support for good ideas
- Downvote - Indicate opposition
- You can only vote once per proposal
- You can change your vote later
Commenting
Engage in discussions on proposals:
- Share your thoughts and feedback
- Ask clarifying questions
- Suggest improvements to the idea
- Be respectful and constructive
Proposal Statuses
- Pending - Awaiting admin review
- Approved - Open for voting
- Rejected - Not accepted (with reason)
- Implemented - The idea has been put into action
Tip: Well-written proposals with clear benefits and implementation details are more likely to be approved and implemented.
