Following & Followers
Connect with other volunteers by following their profiles and building your network within the community.
How Following Works
When you follow another volunteer:
- They appear in your "Following" list
- You appear in their "Followers" list
- You earn points for gaining followers
- Stay updated on their volunteer activities
Following a Volunteer
- Visit the volunteer's profile page
- Click the "Follow" button
- You'll now be following them
Viewing Your Network
Access your following and followers lists:
- Go to /following to see who you follow
- Go to /followers to see who follows you
- View follower counts on your profile
Unfollowing
To unfollow a volunteer:
- Visit their profile or your following list
- Click "Unfollow"
- They will be removed from your following list
Points & Followers
Your follower activity affects your points:
- Gain a follower: You earn reward points
- Lose a follower: Points may be deducted (if recently gained)
Tip: Building a strong network helps you stay connected with active volunteers and learn from their contributions.
